THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY FINANCE SCHEME
We are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and, following a rigorous inspection process, we are able to offer the Energy Efficiency Finance Scheme provided by Siemens. This scheme has attractive options such as finance lease and lease purchase – all funded by your savings.
The scheme is a really attractive alternative for our clients who have traditionally looked to fund projects from capital expenditure. They are now benefiting from using their savings from the projects to pay off the repayments.
Siemens Case Studies: Biomass project, Solar PV project 1, Solar PV project 2

ENHANCED CAPITAL ALLOWANCE (ECA)
The ECA scheme enables companies to claim Corporate Tax Relief on 100% of the total cost of an approved energy efficiency technology in the first year after installing it.
ECA was introduced to encourage businesses to invest in energy-saving technologies, which can help reduce operating costs. This accelerates the cash flow from tax relief on energy efficiency assets.
ECAs can therefore bring significant economic advantage to businesses and, depending on cost per capital, ECA is worth in between 5% and 10% of the capital cost. Read more…
RENEWABLE HEAT INCENTIVES (RHI)
RHI is the world’s first long-term financial support programme for renewable heating.
The scheme pays participants for generating and using renewable heating, which is believed to help the UK meet targets for reducing carbon emissions. The amount you’re allowed is based on the size of the heating system/ boiler you require. Case Study: RHI Payments In Excess of £30,000
FEED-IN TARIFF (FIT) PAYMENTS
Those who want to have Solar PV installed can still benefit from the Feed-in-Tariff payments. However there are important updates – read here.
