Business Administration
Location: Plymouth
Salary:  £14.5K starting salary
Position: Permanent, following 6 months’ probation

The role:


We are looking for a graduate to join our team at an exciting time when IU Energy are expanding. You will be working in our business admin team, alongside previous graduates employed in this role.

You will be entering the business in a key administrative role, which is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to kick-start their career in a business environment. Full training will be provided and IU Energy are keen for the graduate to progress within the role.

You will play a key role liaising between clients, suppliers and teams within IU Energy – sales, IT, engineering and management.

As part of IU Energy’s graduate scheme, we will support you to progress in areas that are matched to your skills and interests. We have taken on 3x Plymouth University graduates in the past few years and all have excelled and progressed into roles that matched their career aspirations.

The person:


You will be a Plymouth University graduate (who has graduated with a minimum of a 2:1 within the past 3 years). Ideally you will have a relevant degree or experience, but it is not essential.

Skills required:

♦   A positive attitude to work and fantastic communication skills
♦   You will need to be organised and manage your time when working to deadlines
♦   You will need the ability to contribute ideas and think creatively
♦   Working well on your own and as part of a team
♦   Confidence and ability to organise and administer a team of people
